Join our 4-hour self-defense class to gain skills and confidence for personal protection. Learn to recognize and avoid danger, deter attackers, and use verbal commands with simple techniques. Get hands-on experience with SABRE Pepper Spray in mock attack scenarios. (LADIES ONLY)

even using your pepper spray during a mock attack with your instructor.
