You never know when a situation may change. The SABRE Civilian Safety Awareness Program (CSAP) is a hands-on, 3-hour class designed to give you practical skills and confidence to recognize potential threats, avoid dangerous encounters, and respond effectively when necessary.

This class goes beyond simply talking about personal safety. You’ll have the opportunity to practice what you learn and gain hands-on experience using SABRE training products in realistic scenarios.

What You’ll Learn

• How to recognize and avoid potentially dangerous encounters

• Ways to discourage an attacker from advancing

• Verbal commands and simple self-defense techniques

• How to safely and effectively use SABRE Pepper Spray

• Techniques for creating an opportunity to escape an attacker

Hands-On Practice

This is an interactive class designed to help you put your skills into practice. You’ll use water-filled practice sprays while targeting static objects and participate in a mock-attack exercise with your instructor.

The goal is to help you become more comfortable, confident, and prepared to respond if faced with a threatening situation.
